A manual powder coating plant is an industrial finishing system where operators manually apply dry powder paint to metal surfaces using electrostatic spray guns, followed by manual handling of parts into a curing oven. This, often called a "batch plant," is ideal for small-to-medium production runs, large or irregular parts, and frequent color changes.
A standard manual plant consists of four main components:
Pretreatment Area, Manual Powder Spray Booth, Powder Coating Spray Gun & Control Unit and Batch Curing Oven.
